The following article presents the findings of a research carried out during 2021 and 2022 with two hundred twenty students enrolled in the course: Fundamentals of Educational Administration (ED0039) offered by Sede de Occidente (University of Costa Rica). The goal of this research was to know the relevance and effectiveness of a didactic technique applied by the teacher named "Innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship in the administrative management of teachers”. The research was qualitative, with an exploratory methodology and as techniques to collect the information, the participant observation and a survey were used. The acquired results from the investigative experience allowed the objective to be achieved, hence evidencing several findings: the need to use didactic techniques that consider processes of reflection, criticism, autonomy development, workgroup, and an active role of all participants. In addition, it was found that creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship are essential elements of building of knowledges for a relevant administrative management. Finally, it was found that the interdisciplinary coexistence, the ongoing dialogue as well as cooperative and interdisciplinary learning are essential elements to promote empathy and workgroup.
