Abstract

For the author, the entrepreneurial state is a subject that presents a significant evolution in the Chilean constitution. The issue arises with an incipient position taking that is manifested in the original definitions contained in the provisional constitutional acts. Later it is specified in the jurisprudence that resolves the cases referred to in the provision of article 19 number 21 of the Chilean constitution. In our days this provision has become one of the most novel and complex of our constitution.
