Abstract

This paper addresses the impact of technological development and benchmarking on organizational change because both benchmarking and technological development significantly influence company management. This research aims to determine which factors linked to Technological development and Benchmarking impacted Organizational Change in commercial entities located in the Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara (ZMG). A closed questionnaire was used as a study instrument, surveying the members of the businesses that underwent an organizational change. Those subjects who were consulted had to be part of the change procedure.
